2003–2006, KRISWORLD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was at its infancy, doing joint venture projects with some of the largest developers and home builders in Australia. Building several homes in the first exclusive estate of Cecil Hills, and also in the secluded acreage of Denham Court. During this time, Land value has risen and economy was experiencing fast growth but affordability in Sydney became scarce.
